We are implementing procedures in order to keep our staff working safely. Orders being shipped, as well as the boxes they ship in, are not strong hosts for the virus.  If you are concerned, wash your hands upon receipt of your package and wait 1-3 days to open.


Order Considerations:

* All items are individually handmade, please take careful consideration when choosing your items as we don’t make many of the items until you order it. 
* As we are a small handmade company there are no returns or cancellations on custom made goods.
* Please send us your measurements before ordering to ensure proper fit of coats and jackets.
* Please allow 1-3 business days to ship stock/in-house items.  For custom/made-to-order items, your wait time may be longer (1-2 weeks).  All items in stock may vary dependent on inventory levels.  Please contact us if you need your piece by a specific date.
* Please allow ample time during peak season (Oct-Dec) 
* Style price may vary depending on fabrics used.
* Colors on-line are close but not exact.

Most orders will be sent by USPS mail with the exception of larger sized orders will be shipped by UPS . For orders under $50 please specify how you would like your items sent:

UPS up to $25.00  *International orders may be charged additional shipping not calculated on our Shopify site. please contact us direct for prices.

15 day Return Policy

(This policy will be extended for the Holiday Season. Orders placed after Dec 1st will have 15 days after either Christmas Day or the last day of Hanukkah -  whichever is later).

Items may be returned for a refund less original shipping cost or for online-store credit - (as long as the invoice is not marked 'Final Sale'). 'Final Sale' items include Clearance and all Custom Orders. 

  1. If you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or if you just don’t like what you bought, we will be happy to refund stock item purchases, exchange the item(s) or extend store credit. There will be a re-shipping fee on the exchange item(s) purchased.

  2. Of course, if we ship you the wrong item, we will exchange at no additional cost.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 15 business days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached, never worn or otherwise soiled.

  4. Call PANDEMONIUM at 206-439-8315 or e-mail at hats@pandemoniumhats.com prior to sending the item(s) that you intend to return or exchange, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be clearly listed on the shipping box. Any returned item(s) received by PANDEMONIUM without the return authorization number on the package will not be accepted.

  5. Sales items can be returned for store credit. All Clearance items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged for store credit. Sale Items are discounted 50% or less and Clearance Items are discounted over 50% from the original price.

  6. We cannot accept returns on Dog Blankets due to health regulations.

  7. Face Mask returns require the mask is unopened and in original package. Opened face masks are not accepted due to health regulations.

  8. A $30 returned check fee is our policy. Any fees for collection will be added to your bill.

* Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pandemonium has no control over these charges, nor can Pandemonium predict what they may be.
* Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 


Payment methods

Pandemonium gladly accepts both VISA,  Mastercard, AMEX, pay by phone, or Pay Pal.  Your order will be processed immediately. We can also accept both Personal Checks and Money Orders, please note that orders placed with Money Orders are processed upon receipt, and personal check orders are processed upon bank confirmation.
